This is the kind of place with the kind of people you really want to help support and give your business to. At first I had a bad experience due to miscommunication, but the staff had quickly and kindly made it right. They even went above and beyond to find my cell number and ask us back to the warehouse. They didn’t have to do anything, but they really did change my mind through their kindness and willingness to make an unfortunate experience better. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. The staff is friendly, empathetic, kind and willing to serve the surrounding community with great customer care and service. Staff was friendly. They asked if I was looking for something specific as it was the final day of the sale. They also offered to carry up my box from the basement since it was heavy.

My wife and I love Cait's, we visit as many Estate Sales as we can and the ladies are always friendly and helpful. The Warehouse is always a great place to visit, we have f found many great pieces and always new items and changes being made. The staff at the Warehouse goes above and beyond for the customers!
